Up next in our lineup of fabulous speakers for the Southern Lady Celebration is the lovely Ashley McMakin! Ashley is a restauranteur and caterer who happens to have the best strawberry cake recipe on earth.
She and her husband, Andy, are the owners of Ashley Mac’s, a quality home-style café that serves food that is “just a little bit better than your mom’s.”
To call their strawberry cake, spread of salads, or sour cream biscuits simply “good” is the understatement of the century. I truly do not know how they do it, but Ashley’s recipes keep everyone in the Birmingham area coming back for more. Her tasty food even travels, as many people are known to purchase her food and transport it to tailgates at football games across the South! A genius idea, if you ask me.
At the Southern Lady Celebration, we will get to hear Ashley’s beautiful story of God’s provision in her family and business, as well as get insight on her commitment to excellent customer service and mouthwatering food.
