What a blessing it is to live in this country! While we enjoy food, family, and fireworks this weekend, let us remember to celebrate our freedom! We often forget, but it is surely not to be taken for granted.
Each year I so enjoy July 4th—I think one reason being that it is right in the middle of the year! The end of the year is so stacked with celebrations that by the time July rolls around I am ready to bring out the décor, make my favorite festive recipes, and get together with my loved ones!
Southern Lady magazine posted a “Festive Fourth Fête” story on their website last week. And this spread is an absolute dream! Many of these dishes can be made with pantry staples that you already have, which is my favorite kind of recipe. So, if you are still deciding what to make today, I hope this helps inspire your choices!
The entire menu is fabulous, but the Red, White, and Blue Frozen Torte looks particularly divine! I have linked this entire post HERE.
